For 7 years, I have been blessed as a full-time missionary in the US, Mexico, Thailand and currently, Nicaragua. Beginning in 2014, God is giving me the opportunity to grow and serve by focusing my life on a treasure He has named Living Grace Ministry.
A new name for a continuing walk…

The Mission of Living Grace Ministry is to enable individuals to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, and experience the abundant life God has purposed for us by expressing His loving nature through our lives and to others.

The Primary Goals of Living Grace:

* Evangelism * Discipleship * Multiplying the Family of God

The Outreach of Living Grace is comprised of year-round, weekly Bible Study classes for individuals and small groups, taught by Vickie and local instructors, at Living Grace House or in local churches. Also, Special Events, such as conferences, retreats and workshops will be held a various times throughout the year, depending on availability of leaders/instructors.
Guests from the US are welcome to lead the conferences, workshops and retreats!!!

The main focuses of outreach are:
Women’s Ministry (Bible studies geared to women’s issues here in Nica)
Youth Ministry (especially young ladies ages high-school thru 20’s)
Practical Skills Ministry (all types of skills to improve quality of life & support family)
English Bible Study Group (students expand English skills while studying the Bible)

****Living Grace House****

God has provided a unique space from which Living Grace will be able to minister to the people of León.

Living Grace House is large (almost 4,000sf of indoor & outdoor space) with 3 great rooms for common areas and classrooms, an indoor kitchen, private living area for Vickie, and a few extra bedrooms and bathrooms for guests.
(The house needs some sprucing up, and projects will be addressed as funds are available.)

The house is located in a neighborhood central to downtown León, which is easy for students and visitors to get to, and also near to stores and restaurants for Vickie & guests. We feel safe and have fellow missionaries as neighbors.

Many classes, small group gatherings and mentoring sessions will be held at Living Grace House each week. God has provided what He had planned for the ministry before we even had dreamed of it ourselves.

Cost of running Living Grace House: approx. $800 per month
This includes Rent, Utilities, Part-time domestic help, and an Emergency fund.

Love offerings above the monthly budget will be used for upgrades, such as paint, ceiling fans, lights, kitchen update, furniture, curtains, etc.

(not included are the costs related to Visa requirements to serve in Nicaragua. Airfare to/from US, monthly extensions with Nica government, etc. This could range from $1,400-2,000 annually)
